Regarding Memberships at Sidewalktango

Annual Memberships : Available by request . For two classes a week 44 weeks per year. Payable monthly/fortnightly direct debit only. (15% discount)

Five week term Memberships:

Two Classes per week: $125 for five week term

One Class per week: $140 for five week term

Casual Class Attendance:

Levels 1-4 : $30

Levels 5/6 and 7/8 : $35

Can I pay annually or only in five week terms?

Absolutely, we can manage your direct debit plan to suit your pay cycles – as long as you let us know when you sign-up we can set up the frequency to suit anyone’s life.

Can I pay cash rather than direct debit?

For your five week term membership fees we accept payments in cash, card, internet transaction or direct debit

Annual membership is via direct debit only

Are there any transaction fees on top of the membership?

You will not incur any additional transaction fee on top of your membership. We absorb all direct debit fees so you don’t have to.

Our Direct Debit company may charge a small fee if your payments bounce, but this can be avoided if you notify us in advance if you’re having any issues.

What’s the process if I need to cancel?

We do not have an unreasonable Cancellation Policy other than providing 30 days’ notice via the members form.


If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so at any time, however we do not offer any refunds on payments made.

What if I’m injured or have to travel for work?

Our Suspension and Injury Policy covers if you injure yourself, whether in training or out, having surgery, or traveling for work, we halt payments for up to 12 weeks, or until you return to training. Then once you return, we resume payments the first week you’re back onto the regular schedule.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable, unless an error has occurred. When purchasing upfront memberships, there is a 24hr cooling off period applied (considerations will be applied up to 7 days after purchase). After that cooling off period all payments are considered final and non- refundable.
